Cam: Custom Ground WaterThunder EFI cam developed specifically for airboat use.
Pushrods: One piece .080 wall 4340
Timing Chain: Cloyes Heavy Duty true roller set.
Balancer: ATI harmonic hub with Speedmaster outer ring.
Ignition: GM truck coils, Taylor 8mm Spiro Pro plug wires, and NGK spark plugs
EFI System: Holley Terminator X EFI with custom WaterThunder marine harness that is longer allowing better ECU mounting options, fewer connector’s and is also UV resistant
Intake: Sniper 92mm sheet metal intake and fuel rails
Injectors: DEKA 60lb fuel injectors
Throttle Body: Sniper 92mm with GM TPS sensor
Drive kit: WaterThunder kit, includes Power Master 120 amp alternator, Gates serpentine belt, and GM tensioner
Flywheel: Heavy Duty thick Gold iridited SFI certified
Cooling: Gates water pump with 3/8 NPT tapped ports for temp sending units and 160 degree thermostat. A bleeder valve is also installed for easy burping of cooling system
Fuel Pump: Walbro GSL 392 EFI high pressure capable of supporting up to 650 HP and comes with pump mount kit
All engines are tested and tuned on our thrust dyno, and come filled with 10W40 oil and a Wix oil filter.
All required stainless hardware for motor mounts, headers, ground cable and bell housing bolts are included.
