We have seen many aftermarket cylinder heads fail due to the use of cheap components. So we set out to develop an extremely reliable head that produces excellent usable power. We use Sever Duty made in America 6000 series Ferrea Intake and Exhaust valves not hollow intake valves, then we have the castings and chambers fully CNC ported by a well known NASCAR cylinder head innovator. The CNC port work and all the components are tailored for airboat applications based on our decades of experience. Then we finish them off with a 5 angle competition valve job. These heads have an 11 degree valve angle instead of the factory 15 degree this also drastically improves air flow and performance. They also have thicker deck surfaces, these heads come complete and assembled ready to run with Brian Tooley .650 lift Dual spring kits. We have seen gains of 30HP and more over factory heads.
