Description
We have used hundreds of these and found them to be very reliable less than 5 failures in 20 years. They are rated at 170 degrees but we have found 90% of the time our engines run in the 180 to 185 temp range with these thermostats. We also remove the brass bleeder and enlarge the hole to assure easier bleeding and burping. Remember to locate this hole upward at the top of the housing.
